Sand Dollar 1-105 is a beautiful, completely remodeled first floor oceanfront unit with amazing views of the ocean. The oceanfront patio is just a few steps away from the beach boardwalks, making it extra convenient for families!

Renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (sleeps 6 guests)
Living Room and Master bedroom with ocean views
Oceanfront patio
Fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops
Tile floors throughout unit
Master bedroom with a King bed, walk-in closet, and large Master bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub
Guest room with Queen bed

Everything was great as usual! We love staying at the Sand Dollar!The only thing I would change is the parking passes. Two per unit is not usually enough if three couples stayed there in one unit. I would also recommend possibly having day passes available. Both of our kids live in St. Aug and come spend the day with us, so they would need a pass to park. We usually come in late Aug when most renters have left for the summer. The parking lot is almost empty.

Extremely nice unit. My family appreciated the extra cabinet space in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was nice that the the unit had all the necessities in the kitchen without being cluttered with too much stuff. Also, everyone loved the double sinks in both bathrooms.The Living Room sliding glass door was a little difficult to slide open (takes 2 hands), but not a big deal.
