Associations we work for have on-site managers, an assigned Portfolio Manager a short distance away who can visit a property as needed, or have their financials processed in our main office by our in-house Certified Public Accountant. Additional rush fees may apply. These fees are to be paid in advance and prior to release of the Questionnaire.

All governing documents for all associations may be found on the association community website.
Most Associations have their own website where the Governing Documents, which are Public, and can be accessed without a Password. Contact the association manager for the website address.
