We have been staying at OVC for 5 or 6 years and at least twice in each one of those years. I called at the last minute requesting availability (just 5 days out) and Tina provided us with the PERFECT unit. Since I was traveling alone with my grandson and our dog, she placed us on the ground floor and in a corner unit that had lots of outdoor area. She always goes above and beyond, takes the time to get to know us and makes us feel like family!
