Coastal Realty's St. Augustine Management Team

Our professional, friendly managers are dedicated to providing the best customer service in St. Augustine.  Many of our managers work on site at their assigned property for both association and vacation rental management, while others are conveniently located at our Coastal Realty Main Office, which is staffed 7 days a week.  

Abby, Association & Rental Manager

 

Abby moved to St. Augustine in 2020 from the British Virgin Islands and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Since joining Coastal Realty in 2023, she has taken on the role of managing Windjammer Condominiums as a CAM. Abby brings with her a wealth of experience, with a decade of combined expertise in real estate sales and luxury yacht management. Outside of her professional life, Abby enjoys raising her son and attending all his baseball and football games.

 

Amy, Rental Manager 

 

Amy is one of two Rental Managers at Ocean Village Club. She began working for Coastal Realty in 2013, with a BA in Communications, and has experience with marketing and customer service. 

Carol, Timeshare Manager/CAM

 

Carol comes to us with countless years of experience in multifamily residential Property Management.  She is married to her best friend Kermit who is a Deputy Sheriff assigned to the Police Athletic League with the St Johns County Sheriff’s Office. Carol has five sons, two of which are serving in the US Army, two grandsons and one granddaughter. In her free time, Carol can be found in her craft room making DIY crafts or laying out by the pool enjoying the Florida sun. Carol loves cooking and spending time with family and friends whenever possible.

Cassie, Association & Rental Manager

 

Cassie became a member of the Coastal team in 2013 and earned her CAM license shortly after. She is the onsite rental manager for Barefoot Trace Condominiums and rental manager for Seaside at Anastasia. An active member of the marketing committee, she has designed many of the company's promotional materials and coordinated charity events, including our annual K9s for Warriors charity golf tournament. When she's out of the office, Cassie loves spending time with her husband and three sons.

Christina, Association & Rental Manager

 

Christina comes from an extensive background of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Management, along with Retail Management. She currently manages Creston House Condominiums for both Association & Rental Management, with approximately 30 units available for vacation rentals.

Devin, Rental Manager

 

 One of our main office rental managers, Devin has been a crucial part of our team since 2016. With her extensive customer service experience and friendly personality, she manages the Anastasia Condominium rental program along with the main office inventory. She enjoys assisting owners update their investments with her keen eye for tasteful décor, and making sure all our guests have a wonderful vacation experience. Devin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, relaxing at the beach or pool, and is a proud Swiftie.

Georgia, Reservationist

 

With over 30 years of restaurant ownership and management history, Georgia brings a wealth of experience to our Coastal Rental Team. Originally from Hollywood, FL, Georgia spent over 20 years living in Ohio, where she held her real estate license. In addition to owning five different restaurants throughout her life, she also owned and managed a cosmetic retail store and worked in sales. Her history in customer service is an asset to our rental division, helping to manage approximately 130 vacation rentals. She loves living near beautiful St. Augustine Beach, taking walks on the shoreline, boating, traveling, dancing, and cooking with her husband, Niko.

Jackie, Association Manager

 

Jackie has been a CAM since 2010, and has a background in Engineering & Construction.  She joined the Coastal Team in 2021 and current manages the Ocean Village Club, and award-winning Community of Excellence.

 Jim, Association Manager 

 

Jim is a CAM and maintenance supervisor for Sand Dollar III Association. He has been a part of Coastal Realty since 2006. He has an Associate’s Degree specializing in Business.

 

Joan, Association Manager

 

Joan had 6 years in the community association industry prior to obtaining her CAM license in 2019.  Joan joined the Coastal team in 2021.  Before locating to St. Augustine, Joan was a work comp paralegal in the mid-west and prior to that lived outside of Philly and also in Italy.  Currently, Joan works part time so that she can spend time with her husband, Oseias, and taking care of other people’s pets.  Joan has 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren in the mid-west along with 2 adult stepchildren and 2 more grandchildren in Brazil. 

Kathy, Managing Assistant

 

 

​Kathy joined the Coastal Team in September 2018. She works part time as an administrative assistant in the Coastal Realty Main Office. She has 20 plus years’ experience in Human Resources.

 Maria, Association Manager

 

Maria Armesto is a Portfolio Manager (CAM) and has two BA Degrees, Biology and Education.  She taught for 12 years and worked at the National level representing Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Nurses, and State Municipal and County Employees for 10 years. She is an Honorary Member of the American Veterans Post 45 Ladies Auxiliary and enjoys volunteering for post events and traveling.

Megan, Association & Rental Manager

 

Megan has been a member of our team since 2012. She is a CAM and currently works onsite at Sand Dollar I, managing the association as well as the rentals for Sand Dollar I-III, Trade Winds, and Summer House.

Melissa, Association Manager

 

Melissa is a Portfolio Manager and has 8 years of experience as a CAM.  She is a St. Augustine native with considerable knowledge of St. Johns County.  Melissa is goal-oriented and enjoys communicating with Homeowners, Board Members, and Vendors for the betterment of the communities she serves.  When not working, the phrase that fits her the best is, “just get me to the beach"!

 

Patty, Rental Manager 

 

Patty has been at the Coastal Main Office since 2012 bringing considerable experience with vacation rentals since 2007. She provides outstanding customer service, maintains property-owner relationships, and coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for guest arrivals. 

 Penny, Association Manager

 

Penny came to Coastal in March of 2023.  She is a seasoned professional with an outstanding track record.  Penny refers to herself “a getter done gal” because she takes pride in achieving goals and completing projects in communities that will not only improve the homeowners’ lifestyle but also increase the values of their properties.  When she is not at work Penny enjoys all the perks of living in Northeast Florida.

Tina, Rental Manager 

 

Tina is one of two Rental Managers at Ocean Village Club, where she has worked for over 12 years. She became a part of the Coastal team in 2012. Her extensive experience at OVC allows Tina to match the best rental unit for each guest.
