Preserved Restaurant is located in the historical Jefferson House in downtown St. Augustine. Ingredients for this award-winning restaurant are sourced regionally. The seafood is unbeatable and some of our Southern favorites include bouillabaisse, shrimp and grits, locally caught fish, and braised beef short ribs.
